Easy VPN — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Easy VPN application or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Easy VPN provides an encrypted VPN connection to servers operated by us. Accounts are provisioned by our team or by authorised local providers. Plans may include limits such as a maximum number of registered devices and an expiry date, shown in the app under Plan & Usage.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, or attack networks or systems.
• Do not attempt to resell, share or abuse accounts, or circumvent device or usage limits.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for activity under your account.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Connectivity can be affected by your ISP, network conditions, and maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.

7. Your legal responsibility

VPN use may be regulated in some countries. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account in the app (Profile → About → Delete account) or by email.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted at this URL.
